• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through supplemental benefit options.
• Conduct client consultations virtually via Zoom.
• Deliver client-centered service and build relationships.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up.
• Support enrollment processes from start to finish.
• Participate in mentorship and team development.
• Assist in licensing and training activities as needed.
