AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing virtual team as Remote Client Benefits Representatives.

As a Remote Insurance & Client Benefits Representative, you’ll meet with clients via Zoom and phone, explain benefits, assist enrollment, and provide ongoing client service in a fully remote environment.

We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing development; no insurance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Have access to a computer or laptop.
• Maintain reliable high-speed internet.
• Have webcam and microphone capability.
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace.
• Be comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled client appointments through Zoom and phone.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment.
• Assist with required documentation.
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records.
• Follow applicable company procedures and regulatory requirements.
