You will conduct virtual consultations nationwide using Zoom, guide clients through enrollment, and maintain organized digital records. Training, mentorship, and a supportive team culture enable long-term growth and a fulfilling

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families across the United States using Zoom
• Listen to client needs and help identify benefit options that fit their circumstances
• Explain available programs clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through enrollment from start to finish
• Maintain organized digital records of interactions and follow-up
• Provide ongoing support after enrollment to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in mentorship sessions and product training
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and meet team goals
