Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
• Guide clients through enrollment with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
• Provide responsive client-focused service throughout the consultation process
• Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and team collaboration
• Build strong client relationships that support long-term success
