Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication.
• Provide professional, client-focused support throughout each interaction.
• Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and team development meetings.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
