Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Help individuals and families understand available benefit options.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records.
• Provide responsive, client-focused support throughout the consultation process.
• Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training.
• Build long-term client relationships that support both client success and professional growth.
