Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee nationwide cleaning services. In this executive remote role, you will design strategic operations, manage budgets, and drive quality across dispersed sites from a virtual command center.

You will lead remote teams, implement QA programs, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with clients to exceed service expectations, while delivering impactful growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Admin / Operations Management).
• Extensive experience in cleaning operations management or facilities management.
• Proven track record in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
• Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans for cleaning services across multiple locations.
• Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and control costs effectively.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage remote teams of supervisors and cleaning staff.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance programs for all cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure service satisfaction.
