Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking a Class Action Counsel, Brief Writer (Remote) to draft substantive motions and briefs in wage/hour, class actions, and PAGA matters.

This is a full-time remote position with no travel obligations, emphasizing briefing strategy and advanced argumentation. Applicants should have 6+ years of relevant litigation experience, California wage/hour exposure, and be licensed to practice law in their state of residence (California bar preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class, collective, and/or representative actions.
• Significant experience in California wage and hour class action and/or PAGA litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in state of residence (California bar license preferred).
• Excellent academic credentials and significant litigation work.

Responsibilities

• Draft substantive motions and briefs in class actions, collective actions, and PAGA matters.
• Focus on briefing strategy, development of cutting-edge arguments, and high-quality legal writing.
• Remote, full-time role with reduced travel and no business development obligations.
