Job summary

Littler is seeking Class Action Counsel attorneys to focus on case evaluation and investigation in class actions and related matters. This is a full-time, remote role with responsibilities including drafting legal documents, conducting damages analysis, and cooperating with trial teams. Candidates should have at least 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour litigation, with strong preference for California experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class actions.
• Experience managing cases through their life cycle.
• Ability to develop work product while conducting case analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drafting answers, corporate disclosures, and initial disclosures.
• Analyzing potential for removal and preparing removal documents.
• Conducting damages analysis for class actions.
• Supporting class certification and settlement processes.
