Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced litigation attorney for a national plaintiffs' trial team handling large-scale class actions. The role offers a fully remote arrangement with a California-based firm, base salary of $160k–$275k, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plaintiff litigation experience with class action or complex litigation focus.
• Experience handling consumer protection and privacy statute claims welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of state and federal class action matters involving consumer protection and unfair business practices claims
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs including class certification and summary judgment
• Manage written discovery — drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
• Conduct depositions, participate in oral argument, and assist with expert witness development
• Coordinate e-discovery processes including document review, organization, and production
