Lawyers on Demand is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a long-term, fully remote engagement. California license required. Start ASAP; 6+ months; 40 hours per week; compensation $90–$95/hour.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing briefs, managing discovery, taking depositions, filing and opposing motions, and developing case strategy for complex class actions. Strong writing, research, and organizational skills are essential; active California bar in good standing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience must have class action exposure.
• Strong research and writing skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review briefs, motions, pleadings, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare, file, and oppose motions.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Manage assigned matters and litigation deadlines from discovery through resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation team members on complex class action matters.
