Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Licenses as required; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and offers direction on examiner reports.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims and those beyond examiner authority.
• Maintains contact with the client and promotes professional relationships.
• Ensures proper licensing in jurisdictions served and compliant coding of files.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs and conducts performance reviews.
