Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff across bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Identifies trends, problems, and improvement actions; informs management of new procedures.
• Provides technical and jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on adjudication.
• Compiles reviews and analyzes management reports; takes appropriate action.
• Performs quality reviews in line with audit and contract standards.
• Acts as second level of appeal and handles final dispositions for client requests.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost or over-authority claims.
• Maintains contact with clients, promotes professional relationships, and documents resumes as requested.
• Ensures reports are properly licensed, documented, and compliant; supports quality programs.
