Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff focused on liability claims for Auto, Bodily Injury, and Property Damage for clients. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and offer technical direction to examiner reports during adjudication.

The role includes reviewing claims for reserve accuracy, handling high-exposure matters, and ensuring documentation and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; two (2) years as supervisor preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licenses as required; professional certifications as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and directs examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Maintains client relationships and provides written resumes of specific claims as requested by client.
• Reviews reserve amounts on high-cost claims and those beyond individual examiner authority.
• Performs quality reviews to ensure audit compliance and quality standards.
