Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Claims Team Lead, Auto, to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff handling liability claims for clients. You will monitor workloads, provide training, and guide examiner reports on claim adjudication, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates bring six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required.
• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent with two (2) years supervising.
• Strong knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple teams of claims examiners and technical staff.
• Monitor workloads, provide training, and ensure timely claim adjudication.
• Provide technical direction on examiner reports and ensure quality reviews.
• Review reserve amounts on high-cost claims and those beyond individual authority.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure proper documentation and licensing.
