Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Claims Business Systems Analyst to hands-on configure and maintain the Origami-based claims platform and its integrated ecosystem. You will build dashboards, templates, test scripts, and ensure end-user adoption.

You'll collaborate with Enterprise Technology, external vendors, and the Claims L&D Specialist to deliver technically sound, well-documented solutions and enable efficient claims processing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years experience in insurance claims and claims systems (Origami, Guidewire, Equisoft, Pega).
• Experience creating process maps, gathering business requirements, and writing functional specifications.
• Experience creating test plans and test scripts and executing testing.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration, build, and maintenance of the core claims platform (Origami) and integrated ecosystem.
• Create, modify, and maintain dashboards, templates, and online forms for adjudication and reporting.
• Develop and run test scripts, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure end-user adoption.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Technology, vendors, and L&D Specialist to deliver technically sound solutions.
• Document system configurations, maintain security roles, and manage integration touchpoints.
