Job summary

Pie Insurance is seeking a Claims Business Systems Analyst to hands-on configure, build, and maintain our core claims platform (Origami) and its integrated ecosystem. You will manage JIRA tickets, build dashboards, run tests, and ensure end-user adoption in collaboration with Enterprise Technology and the Claims L&D Specialist.

We value experience with SaaS/cloud platforms, process mapping, and 3+ years in insurance claims systems (Origami, Guidewire, Equisoft, Pega).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience with Business Systems Analyst responsibilities is a plus, but not required
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based systems
• Experience creating process maps, gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, creating test plans, and writing test scripts
• 3+ years experience in insurance claims and claims systems (Origami, Guidewire, Equisoft, Pega)

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain the core claims platform (Origami) based on requirements.
• Develop and run test scripts; create dashboards and templates; test integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Enterprise Technology and vendors.
• Maintain system documentation, data flows, and integration touchpoints.
• Collaborate with claims data, compliance, and vendor teams to support reporting and training.
