Origami Risk is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team of product managers across the Claims suite, guiding vision, strategy, and execution. You will set expectations for AI usage within the SDLC and drive rapid prototyping to deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer outcomes, growth, and market leadership while upholding Origami Risk’s standards for security and client trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive AI usage across the SDLC and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and grows a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.
• Sets clear expectations for AI use across research, discovery, delivery, and post-release.
• Guides AI-assisted research to speed insights on customers, markets, and competition.
• Oversees AI-enabled content generation while maintaining clarity and human judgment.
• Drives rapid prototyping with AI tools to validate options and reduce learning time.
• Monitors KPIs and aligns roadmaps with SDLC processes and stakeholder needs.
