Qualifications

• High school diploma and 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed/certified in states where claims are handled or able to obtain licenses.
• Minimum 5 years Property & Casualty liability claims experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist directly with client questions or issues.
• Handle personal claim file caseload as assigned.
• Balance Examiner pending files.
• Review Examiner work product and reserve adequacy.
• Review Examiner billable hours accuracy.
• Coordinate with Clients/Account Executives/Managers for file reviews.

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

10 years related claim experience

5 years Property & Casualty claims

2 years supervisory experience
