Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is hiring a Claims Adjuster to support our commercial auto/property damage portfolio on a fully remote basis in the United States.

The role emphasizes empathetic service, rigorous analysis, and collaboration with clients to resolve complex claims. Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of claims experience, appropriate state licenses, and a solid understanding of industry standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial PD claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
