Job summary

TDIC is seeking a remote-first Claims Representative II to investigate, adjust, and resolve professional liability claims for a dentist-focused portfolio. You will collaborate with supervisors, outside adjusters, and attorneys to establish case values, reserves, and defense strategies while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and experience with liability claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years insurance experience in a liability claims role.
• Strong communication with involved parties by phone.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and determine cause and origin of loss and liability.
• Manage the course of litigation with defense strategies and budgets.
• Maintain assigned caseloads and document claim files.
• Negotiate claim resolutions under supervision.
• Review vendor bills and approve payments.
• Attend mandatory meetings and pursue educational opportunities.
