Allied Tech is seeking a Claims Specialist to support clients by entering claim details, reviewing files for completeness, and updating records to ensure accurate, timely processing. This fully remote role offers a clear path for advancement and a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

The position features a salary of $48,000–$60,000 with performance bonuses up to 10% of salary from individual and company results, plus comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable with day-to-day claim tasks.
• Excellent written communication including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Strong organizational, task management, and follow-through abilities.
• Comfort with insurance claims and related documentation across client systems/workflows.
• Ability to review files for missing information or inconsistencies per procedures.
• Fast, reliable internet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsabilités

• Enter new claim details accurately and on time.
• Review claim files to confirm required information and forms are complete.
• Update claim records, notes, and status as activity occurs.
• Follow up on missing documents or incomplete forms per client procedures.
• Track claim activity and ensure routine steps are completed on time.
• Provide claim status updates and answer routine questions.
