Alliance is seeking a Claims Supervisor to lead a team in a hybrid role based in Morrisville, NC. The position focuses on overseeing claims data entry, payments, credits, and adjustments, while training analysts and ensuring quality and productivity.

The role supports a primarily remote schedule with intermittent onsite sessions for training and team meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and at least three years of claims

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of claims leadership experience.
• Preferred: Behavioral Healthcare exposure, CPT codes knowledge, Medicaid/IPRS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims data entry, payments, credits and adjustments.
• Train and develop Claims Research Analysts team members.
