Job summary

Machinify seeks a Claims Coordinator to handle accurate and timely processing of healthcare claims. You will review notifications, verify documents for completeness, set up claims in the system, and route them to the right departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Collaborative and able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify incoming claim notifications and ensure documents are complete.
• Set up claims in the system, assign correct statuses, and route to departments.
• Analyze client data such as claims, EOBs, bills, and policies.
• Create appeal letters and ensure HIPAA and security standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate data entry and transfer documents between departments.
