Alight Solutions Ltd is seeking a Claims Operations Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive service goals, and ensure client commitments are met. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, accountability, and continuous improvement across STD/LTD programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in STD/LTD claims management, proven leadership, and strong communication skills, with a track record of improving productivity and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Three+ years of leadership in STD/LTD product and claims management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to manage both day-to-day execution and projects.
• Advanced computer skills: Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to prioritize and assign work.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-team communication among Customer Care, Administrative, and Clinical teams.
• Ensure legal compliance and confidentiality in communications.
• Review documentation to support claim decisions and respond to audits.
• Advise on Leave of Absence policies and client requirements.
• Lead a virtual team with clear roles and accountability.
• Provide diagnostic support to identify root causes of issues.
• Manage KPIs and ensure service guarantees.
• Oversee daily operations, workloads, and staff development.
• Respond to client/intern inquiries with professional communication.
• Monitor staff schedules and update processes.
