Alight Solutions Ltd is looking for a Claims Operations Manager to oversee a claims team and drive service goals, SLAs, and client commitments. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, accountability, and continuous improvement to align corporate objectives with client expectations and team performance.

The role requires leadership experience in STD/LTD product and claims management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations as well as projects.

Qualificações

• Three+ years of leadership in STD/LTD product and claims management.
• Proven ability to manage both daily operations and special projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate communication among Care, Administrative, and Clinical teams for STD/FMLA absence programs.
• Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance in notifications to employees and client organizations.
• Review documentation to support claim approvals/denials and respond to audits.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Leave of Absence programs and guidance on policies.
• Lead a virtual team, define roles, and build talent to achieve business goals.
• Develop solutions to client issues and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service guarantees are met.
• Oversee daily operations, workload distribution, and staff development.
• Respond to client/internal inquiries with professional communication.
• Maintain staff schedule adherence and communicate process updates.
