• Familiarity with claim files, loss reports, adjuster correspondence, and payment documentation.
• Ability to interpret written procedures and identify missing or inconsistent file information.
• Comfort using claims platforms, spreadsheets, and shared digital workspaces.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential policyholder and financial information.
• Fully remote U.S.-based work environment.
• Structured onboarding and ongoing claims operations learning.
• Collaborative support from operations, finance, and claims colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Triage policyholder and agency inquiries, providing clear status updates and next-step guidance.
• Reconcile payment or claim-status questions against file notes, supporting documents, and carrier instructions.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or time-sensitive file issues to adjusters or operations leads.
• Log interactions, requests, and file activity in claims platforms with complete, timely notes.
• Verify loss details, coverage-related documents, invoices, and payment information for completeness.
• Draft operational reports and file summaries that help teams monitor pending work and service trends.
