Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of claims investigation experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong investigative techniques, evidence gathering, and report writing.
• Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills; objective and professional.
• Proficient with online research tools and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseloads remotely.
• Background in law enforcement or legal investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities
