Sedgwick is seeking a Remote Operations Dispatch Coordinator to accurately route and assign claims and related requests within the claims management system. The role supports temporary housing colleagues by ensuring timely, accurate workflow distribution and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of clerical or administrative dispatch or property claims experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, PC proficiency, and analytical abilities.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and assign new claims, tasks, and requests in the claims system.
• Enter and review claims data for accuracy and completeness.
• Review notes to determine assignment urgency and next steps.
• Make outbound calls to carriers, adjusters, or internal partners for information and approvals.
• Refer claims within the organization per established processes and guidelines.
• Assign claims considering workload, service expectations, and priority level.
• Support hotel and housing coordinators with claim setup and assignment information.
• Use multiple platforms to review, route, and adjust claim assignments.
• Communicate with adjusters about claim details for assignment.
• Ensure all parties have required information for temp housing claims.
• Escalate urgent issues to leadership as needed.
• Monitor open items and follow up on outstanding tasks.
