Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support customers through the insurance claims journey with empathy and accuracy. You will handle phone and email inquiries, provide guidance on claim steps, and ensure data integrity in internal systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and the flexibility to work remotely within eligible U.S. states.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a call center, preferably in insurance claims
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and insurance claim software
• Ability to obtain designated home state claim adjuster license within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels throughout the claims process
• Anticipate customer needs and manage the process to full resolution
• Provide guidance on the claims process and take steps for prompt resolutions
• Maintain understanding of multi-line claim procedures to offer accurate information
• Record and update customer information and claim details in internal systems
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues and escalate when needed
• Exceed customer expectations by listening to feedback and seeking improvements
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while protecting privacy of information
