Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our insurtech team, focusing on providing exceptional service during the insurance claims journey. You will handle phone and email inquiries, guide customers through the claims process, and ensure a smooth experience across multiple touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have insurance knowledge, strong communication, and a drive to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or call center within insurance is preferred, especially property or liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of multi-line insurance claims processes and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathetic customer interaction.
• Active listening to identify needs and respond effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant software.
• Ability to obtain designated home state claim adjuster license in 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide guidance and information on the claims process and resolve issues.
• Record and update customer information and claim details accurately in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Strive to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional service and gathering feedback.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of customer information in all interactions.
