Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience navigating dental insurance plans (DPPO, PPO, and DHMO).
• 2+ years processing dental/orthodontic claims efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of dental revenue cycles.
• Experience liaising with multiple insurance carriers.
• Adept decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs.
• Willingness to quickly learn business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Streamlined Processing: Ensure claims accuracy and timely submission.
• Issue Resolution: Address rejected or denied claims promptly.
• Account Integrity: Conduct audits and manage escalation cases.
• Financial Recovery: Track and recover missing payments.
• Technological Mastery: Use sFax, Adobe, PureCloud, and JIRA effectively.
• Professional Growth: Take ownership of development journey.
