Cardinal Health seeks a seasoned Revenue Cycle Management professional to oversee the Audit team, drive quality assurance initiatives, and ensure timely responses to audit requests in a nationally scoped role. This position emphasizes compliance with Federal and State regulations and collaboration across teams to strengthen financial integrity.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience, a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and preference for leadership and knowledge in Medicare/audit

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership, project management, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Urology or wound care product knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee audit team and respond to audit requests in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement audit processes.
• Lead quality assurance and improvement to support compliance with regulations.
• Review validity of clinical documentation for accuracy and compile response packets.
• Monitor audits and prepare summaries with corrective action recommendations.
• Coordinate with CMS and other auditors on issues and concerns.
