Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional to oversee audit activities, ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, and lead teams focused on quality assurance and documentation accuracy. The role involves coordinating cross-functional efforts, preparing audit responses, and driving timely actions across TPE, CERT, RAC, and recoupment processes.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership, project management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Urology or wound care product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Audit team and respond to audit requests.
• Lead quality assurance and quality improvement activities for regulatory compliance.
• Manage review of clinical documentation accuracy and prepare audit response packets.
• Coordinate with team members to complete tasks timely and to high standards.
• Provide monthly feedback on audits, recoupment inquiries, payor collections inconsistencies, and policies.
