Job summary

Lumelight is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for ACA reporting for assigned clients. This role leads project management, initiates proactive communications, and delivers services and resources to support annual ACA reporting with a client-focused mindset.

The position requires excellent communication and writing abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or two to four years of client-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and Lumelight team members.
• Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure records and information are received timely.
• Collect data and analyze for accuracy, while monitoring client engagement and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Identify problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure on-time, accurate reporting to meet contractual requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of benefit laws, especially ACA regulations.
• Represent Lumelight when interacting with brokers/clients.
• Provide quality control for ACA reporting for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
