Qualifications

• Ability to handle large volumes with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet production, quality, and service expectations.
• Deliver outstanding client service and advocacy.
• Manage complex or delayed claims to timely outcomes.
• Review loss reports and take corrective actions.
• Monitor claim activity and follow up as needed.
• Conduct claims reviews and audits.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and close cases.
• Prepare stewardship and unit stat reporting.
