Marsh is seeking a skilled insurance claims professional to join our team. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from Southeast Zone locations in the United States, focusing on OCIP/CCIP claims, risk management coordination, and claims process improvement.

You will review, log, and coordinate claims, work with internal teams, and prepare regular claims reporting. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of insurance claims experience in workers compensation and liability, ideally with OCIPs/CCIPs, construction insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, risk management or a related subject.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and log OCIP/CCIP claims and related tasks.
• Coordinate with project teams to set up and manage claims.
• Prepare monthly reports and summarize claims activity for Risk Management.
• Assist in contract reviews related to OCIP projects and maintain process docs.
