Frontline Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee for the Atlanta, GA Territory. You will learn licensing, policy interpretation, and claims handling to provide empathetic service and accurate resolutions.

The role includes on-the-job training, licensing support, and exposure to field operations, estimate tools, and dispute resolution. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of work or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing process and onboarding for new adjusters.
• Learn policy interpretation, coverage evaluation, and claims handling.
• Assist with on-site inspections and field operations as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and state regulations.
