Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related claims experience.
• Active licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial PD claims, applying experience and analytical skills.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims process.
• Think critically, plan and prioritize activities to best serve clients.
