Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Houston, TX, seeks a Civil Sales Engineer for the Geo Stormwater team. The role promotes engineered stormwater, erosion, and geosynthetic products to civil sitework projects with travel across TX and LA and a remote-work setup when not traveling.

You will present to engineers, municipalities and landscape architects, build project opportunities, and coordinate specifications with design engineers to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or Engineering license (preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience with innovative products in Geosynthetics and Stormwater space.
• Prior technical writing experience (proposals, emails, submittals) required.
• Competent public speaker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market position and influence agencies, owners, and specifiers.
• Increase awareness of Geo/Stormwater products through events and meetings.
• Prepare and present technical presentations across geography.
• Collaborate with design engineers and manage specification processes.
