The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of paralegal or litigation support experience, with strong writing, research, and Bluebook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least four years of paralegal or litigation support experience.
• Experience with civil litigation and federal court system.
• Experience working with diverse groups.
• Asian American civil rights issues familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with legal and factual research for active or potential cases.
• Provide logistical and administrative support, including court filings and travel.
• Maintain case files and time/expense tracking.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and co-counsel on calendars and deadlines.
• Draft correspondence, bluebook formatting, and litigation documents.
