MRINetwork is seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering with a residential land development focus to lead design and delivery of subdivisions and multi-family communities. This is a fully remote, client-facing leadership role based in Arkansas, with mentorship of engineers and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Active PE license in Arkansas (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 5–15+ years in residential land development.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, stormwater, drainage and utility design.
• Experience working with developers and homebuilders.
• Proven ability to lead projects and build client relationships.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Engineer of Record for residential land development projects.
• Lead design efforts: site layout and grading, drainage and stormwater, roadways, water/sewer/utilities.
• Oversee preparation of construction documents, specs and permits.
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies and utilities for approvals/entitlements.
• Act as primary client contact with developers and builders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Support team growth, recruiting, and performance development.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and client meetings.
