Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to own complex civil matters end-to-end in a fully remote role. The position requires admission to the California bar and offers a competitive salary ($140,000-$220,000) commensurate with experience.

You'll develop litigation strategies, represent clients in trials and hearings, draft briefs and motions, and negotiate settlements while managing client relationships. Prior defense or insurance defense experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience in defense.
• Strong writing and courtroom skills.
• Self-starter with time management and communication.

Responsibilities
