• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing
• Three or more years of civil litigation experience, with meaningful exposure to commercial or real estate disputes
• Working knowledge of Texas landlord and tenant law, commercial lease disputes, or related property matters (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing a caseload, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and appearances in court
• Trial or hearing experience, or a clear drive to develop it quickly
• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
• Strong organization and the ability to manage many deadlines at once
• Professional, responsive communication with clients and property management teams
• Ability to work on site in the Houston area
