Confidential Employer. is seeking a licensed attorney to handle property insurance litigation in a fully remote role. The position emphasizes managing cases from inception to trial, with opportunities for mentorship, career growth, and performance-based bonuses.

Arizona Bar admission is required, and 1+ year of civil litigation experience is preferred. In-person court appearances may be necessary within Arizona, with a strong emphasis on remote, flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required.
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing is required.
• 1+ years civil litigation experience preferred; early-career attorneys encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with legal research, pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Handle property insurance disputes involving storm, fire, water, and other property damage claims.
• Manage civil litigation cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial preparation.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, legal briefs, and settlement documents.
• Conduct legal research, analyze insurance policies, and develop effective case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through important legal decisions.
• Work closely with experienced trial attorneys while taking increasing ownership of cases.

Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while building a strong litigation career. We are prioritizing candidates within approximately 75 miles of Phoenix who can attend in-person court appearances when necessary.

Note

Active Arizona Bar admission is required, along with a foundation in civil litigation. We welcome early-career attorneys with 1+ years of experience, as well as experienced litigators looking to expand their practice. Property insurance litigation experience is preferred but not required.
