Qualifications

• California Bar in good standing.
• Strong civil litigation foundation and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication.
• Work closely with partners on complex legal issues.
