Job summary

Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP in El Segundo seeks 1-5 year attorneys to join its litigation team. You will work with lead attorneys across all phases of civil litigation, from rapid response investigations to trial presentation, with emphasis on strategic thinking to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California Bar (no exceptions).
• Experience handling civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation from rapid response investigations to trial presentation.
• Conduct case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, culminating in trial presentations.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the team to meet client objectives.
