Latitude Engaged Professionals is seeking a Washington-licensed litigation attorney for a fully remote role handling general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury matters on either a contract or permanent basis. The position can be full-time or part-time to suit the candidate.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience and must be licensed in Washington with excellent academic credentials.

• 5+ years of legal experience in litigation.
• Capability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury litigation matters.
• Handle general case workup activities including written discovery, motions, depositions and trial preparation in civil litigation.
