Qualifications

• J.D. required for admission to practice law in California.
• Experience in civil litigation environments is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and participate in site inspections.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories and document requests.
• Evaluate and execute litigation strategies.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
