The candidate should have 6–10 years of litigation experience, strong communication skills, and a California Bar license. Proficiency with standard legal software and office tools is expected. This position offers a robust mentorship and a collaborative firm culture.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar License.
• 6–10 years of litigation experience with employment defense and civil litigation background.
• Proficient in state and federal court procedures and filings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with common legal software (e.g., Centerbase, Clio).

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of employment defense and civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Participate in hearings, discovery conferences, pretrial, and trial proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and settlement communications.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Provide support on general litigation matters as needed.
